Terms of service

These terms cover your use of aceindicators.com and the ACE Indicators TradingView scripts ("Ace", "Smooth", together the "indicators"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A membership gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the indicators on TradingView for the length of the plan you paid for. Access is granted through TradingView's invite-only script feature, on the TradingView username you give us.

  • One membership = one TradingView account. Don't share your access, resell it, or publish the indicators or their output as your own.
  • Don't attempt to copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the scripts.
  • "Lifetime" means for as long as ACE Indicators offers the indicators. We keep improving them; features may be added, changed or retired.

2. TradingView

The indicators run on TradingView, which is a separate company with its own terms. We can't control TradingView outages, plan limits or policy changes. Some features may depend on your TradingView plan.

3. Payments

  • Prices are in US dollars. We accept USDT and USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) and Venmo.
  • Crypto sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong token can't be recovered by us. Double-check before you send.
  • Nothing renews automatically. Monthly and yearly access ends on its end date unless you pay again.
  • Because access to a digital product starts as soon as it's granted, payments are non-refundable once your TradingView access is active, except where the law requires otherwise. If we can't grant access, we'll refund you.

4. Referral program

Members can share a referral link. When a referred person signs up and pays, we may send the referrer a thank-you reward in USDT to the payout wallet saved in their console. Rewards are discretionary, can change or end at any time, and aren't paid for self-referrals, spam or fraud.

5. Not financial advice

The indicators and everything on this site are charting tools and education. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Read the risk disclosure. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

6. Ending access

We may suspend or end a membership, without refund, for sharing access, abuse, fraud or chargebacks. You can stop using the indicators at any time.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The site and indicators are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee they are error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to any purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, ACE Indicators isn't liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll post it here and update the date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
