- Get a quote. Kenny reads it and sends a price and a time, usually within a day, to your Ace Inbox and by email. If it isn't something we can do well, he says so.
- Pay with USDT, USDC or Venmo, the same way as a plan.
- It's delivered into your scripts, private to you, ready to add to a chart or open in the Pine Editor. Want something changed? Ask within 14 days: one change is included.
- The script is yours: use it on Ace, on TradingView, anywhere Pine runs.
- Send only what you own or have the right to have changed. We don't copy paid or invite-only indicators.
- What you send is read by Kenny and Claude (the AI that helps him write Ace's scripts) for your job only, and deleted once the job's done. Nobody else sees it.
- A script is a tool, not financial advice. Nobody can promise one makes money, and a backtest shows the past, not the future.
- You see the price before you pay. If we can't deliver what was quoted, you get your money back.
Do I need an Ace plan? No: you need an Ace account to ask and to get the script, and the terminal is free while we launch.
Will it work on TradingView? Yes. It's standard Pine Script v6, written to run on both.
An AI wrote my script and it's cut off or won't save. That's the $29 fix: send it as it is.
Can you copy an indicator I saw? Only open-source ones whose license allows it. Describe what you want it to do instead, and we'll write our own.
