Short version: we collect what we need to run your membership, we don't sell it, and we don't run ad trackers.

What we collect

• Account: username, email, and your password stored only as a one-way hash (Argon2id).
• Membership: your TradingView username, plans, and access dates.
• Payments: the details you submit: transaction hashes, amounts, Venmo transaction IDs and notes. Crypto transactions are public on the Ethereum blockchain by nature. We never see or store card numbers or bank details.
• Referrals: who referred you, and the payout wallet you save if you refer others.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Security logs: IP address and browser type on sign-on sessions and form submissions, to stop abuse.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. If you arrive through a referral link, a second cookie remembers the referrer for 30 days. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share with

• TradingView: your TradingView username, so we can invite it to the indicators.
• Our email provider, to send account and membership emails.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it. We don't sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept longer when needed for accounting. Ask us and we'll delete your account and everything we're not required to keep.

Update your email, password, TradingView username and payout wallet in the member console. For a copy or deletion of your data, use the contact page.
